Sandy Bay Road – Kaiteriteri
Jackson Plumbing Nelson Ltd was pleased to be part of the Sandy Bay Road house build in Kaiteriteri that J Lewis’ Builders scooped top place over twenty other Gold Reserve finalists from around New Zealand to become a National Winner in the Registered Master Builders 2013 House of the Year – PlaceMakers New Homes $250,000 – $350,000 category.
Jackson Plumbing Nelson Ltd carried out the plumbing, gasfitting and drainlaying work on this project.
The project came with some unique challenges such as the council sewer connection being set higher than the house drain. Jackson Plumbing Nelson Ltd installed a sewer pump station which solved the problem. The location of the gas bottles was specifically designated away from the house to preserve the overall look. With the use of our digger, truck and equipment we provided a seamless and integrated service.
